Zoetic is a secure, web-based life organiser that allows users to store, manage, and share important personal, financial, and legal information. Zoetic is operated in the United Kingdom.

2. Who Can Use Zoetic

You must:

• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Zoetic complies with all applicable laws.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login details secure

• All activity that occurs under your account

• Ensuring information you upload is accurate and up to date

You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

Zoetic is not responsible for loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Zoetic, including documents, files, notes, and account details.

By using Zoetic, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you and your authorised contacts.

You confirm that:

• You have the right to upload the content

• The content does not infringe the rights of others

• The content is lawful and not misleading

5. Trusted Contacts and Legacy Contact

You may invite Trusted Contacts and designate a Legacy Contact.

You are responsible for:

• Choosing appropriate contacts

• Setting correct access permissions

• Ensuring the information you share is suitable for those contacts

Zoetic relies on the information and permissions you provide. We are not responsible for disputes, misunderstandings, or misuse of information by your contacts.

6. Legacy Access and Activation

Legacy access is granted based on activation events defined within the platform, including registration of death by the Legacy Contact.

Zoetic does not independently verify death registrations unless explicitly stated. You acknowledge that access may be granted based on the information provided by your Legacy Contact.

Zoetic is not a substitute for legal advice, a will, or professional estate planning services.

7. Exports and Records

You may download your information as a PDF where this feature is available.

Exports reflect the information stored at the time of download. Zoetic is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or use of exported records once they leave the platform.

8. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Use Zoetic for unlawful purposes

• Upload malicious software or harmful content

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the system

• Interfere with the operation or security of the service

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

9. Availability of the Service

We aim to provide Zoetic reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may:

• Update or change features

• Temporarily suspend access for maintenance

• Modify or discontinue parts of the service

Where possible, we will provide notice of significant changes.

10. Fees and Payments

• We do not guarantee outcomes relating to legacy access or estate matters

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

14. Termination

You may close your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• The service is discontinued
